| Cafe When we opened, we considered doing just baked goods and calling it a day. But we really wanted a place where people could eat real food prepared in a healthy way, knowing they could be confident that gluten would not be an issue. We are very proud of our chef Matthew Schilling and all of his staff. They have created a menu that emphasizes organic vegetables, hormone free, anti-biotic free organic meats and selections that the gluten intolerant can truly appreciate.
