For those of our allergy sensitive customers who can't handle eggs, dairy, soy or cane sugar we have an allergen free vegan version of our sandwich bread made with an energy egg- free mix, (a combination of starches and leavening agents) as well as flax seed, a modern miracle food found to have a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, similar to the kind found in salmon. It is shown to decrease total cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of heart attack, and may also help lower blood pressure. It provides ample fiber, and shows a lot of promise in fighting disease, especially cancer. We also added organic agave nectar for flavor to create one of the best tasting allergy sensitive foods on the market.
