Another one of our more traditional cookies, our oats come from a farm that is certified gluten free. Oats can be cross contaminated in the field. To be certified gluten free, these oats have to be grown on a field that has grown no wheat or gluten based crops for at least 5 years. So it's chewy, delicious, and safe!
