Another one of our more traditional cookies, our oats come from a farm that is certified gluten free. Oats can be cross contaminated in the field. To be certified gluten free, these oats have to be grown on a field that has grown no wheat or gluten based crops for at least 5 years. So it's chewy, delicious, and safe!
Ingredients: Organic Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Organic Tapioca Starch, Sorghum Flour, Gluten Free Oats, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Xanthan Gum, Cinnamon, Allspice, Salt, Organic Butter, Cage Free Hormone Free Eggs, Pure Vanilla, Nutmeg.
