We are certified gluten free and we do regular elisa testing of our ingredients to ensure our products are gluten free, and we source all of our ingredients from peanut free suppliers.
We have a small bakery and we use tree nuts, eggs and milk here at our facility, our products may contain traces of eggs, dairy and other nuts. We wash every bowl every time we use it. We wash our big mixing bowls between each use and we always use fresh parchment paper. We use good operational management policies to avoid cross contamination, but we can only certify that our products are gluten free.
Our gluten free millet is baked with whole quinoa, which gives it a great elastic texture. This is a great all-around wheat free bread. Good for sandwiches and toast! This sold by the loaf and is sliced.
