At Rose’s, we only use organic butter, eggs, creams oils (canola and olive oil), organic rice flour and tapioca flour. We also use other organic Ingredients whenever possible or when seasonally available.
One of our main motivations for opening a gluten free bakery was to help people celebrate the milestones in their lives. Whether the special occasion is a wedding, a birthday, a graduation or just because, cakes are often the centerpiece that we all share. Our pastry chef and her assistants can help design your special occasion cakes that will make your day become a wonderful memory. However, we have to limit cake orders to our local customer base here in the Chicagoland area.
We are very proud of our bread. We hope you will be pleasantly surprised by the excellence of our product. We care about what we do. We use superior ingredients and we try to make our baked goods even better than their gluten based forms. Baking breads are the greatest challenge in gluten free cooking, but our bread bakers are up to the challenge. It is wonderfully satisfying and convenient to eat a sandwich on freshly baked bread that tastes like we remember.
We will be updating our bread schedules as we expand our product lines. Our cookies, biscotti, pastries and pies are available at our bakery. Please sign up on our e-mail list and we will keep you updated on seasonal products that we make. For our online customers we will be restricting items that we ship to the breads, cookies and bars during these warm weather months. As the weather cools this fall and winter we will be able to expand our selections to include cakes, cupcakes and éclairs. This fall and winter we will hope to expand our selections to include gift baskets.
